ABOUT US
CFO Accounting Solutions was founded by Chris Jarosz in 2012 to provide consulting services for small to medium sized companies in need of high-end accounting help. The goal was to help clients manage risk and run their businesses more profitably. As Jarosz worked with more and more clients with construction needs, it made sense to form an integrated team of architects, civil engineers and attorneys and name it CFO Construction Solutions.
COMPANY HISTORY
Mr. Jarosz then conferred with ACCP’s outside construction counsel to create addenda for both the GC and architect’s contracts, and negotiated the terms and price of these contracts with the respective parties, attaining a good deal of cost savings in the process. Mr. Jarosz was subsequently engaged to do additional work for ACCP related to the funding the project, above and beyond the PM responsibilities.
After obtaining outstanding feedback from the law firms of both ACCP (Vedder Price) and their bank (Ungaretti & Harris), Perkins & Will (the architect on the project), Pepper Construction (the GC), Wintrust (the bank), the CFO and CEO of ACCP, Mr. Jarosz decided to pursue more work in this service line. In order to provide a more well-rounded service offering, he has teamed with other technical professionals he has worked with in the past who have outstanding experience, and reputations for providing exemplary customer service.
